Investment in sailing houseboats

Take advantage of the unique opportunity to invest in sailing houseboats. Houseboats from De Drait are eligible for our buy and charter program. This means that after your investment the boat will be included in our charter fleet. This way your return will be approximately 10% per year.

Drait Yachts and Yachtcharter De Drait are part of De Drait Yachting Group.
With her 40 years of experience, a lot of expertise has been built up in water sports, rental of moorings, construction and rental of yachts and exploitation of house boats.
In Drachten we have our own watersports center with an area of ​​over 11 hectares.
Drachten is located directly on the Alde Feanen nature reserve and has an open waterway connection to De Friese Meren.
In Brandenburg an der Havel we have our own yacht charter company in the beautiful sailing area Berlin / Brandenburg

What does it cost and what does it yield?

Financial compensation

After purchasing a houseboat, the owner rents it out through Yachtcharter De Drait and receives 100% turnover. Additional costs are deducted from the rental income/ turnover and transferred to you.

Cost:
Lessor Yachtcharter De Drait 50%

Other costs:
Mooring € 150 per meter boat length
Insurance 1% + 21% + policy costs
Household waste € 150
Outboard engine service and Winterization and preparation € 700, –
